The Role:

Working directly with the agency owner and head of planning, you’ll be key in developing the UX delivery of the company. 

Great news is that your development team is top class and that the business analysts and project managers excel at building client relationships. As UX lead you will understand that customer and user experience interacts with the business as a whole for customers externally and well as internally. An important part of your remit is to grow,build the UX team but you’ll be setting the standards, leading from teh front and be expected to stay on the tools and keep abreast of new trends and practices

You:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer keen to progress or indeed a current lead UX consultant looking for a new challenge.

Management experience would be great, experience of building a team another massive plus. Hiring and interviewing will be part of the role as much as being hands on, scoping out UX projects and delivering.  Naturally you’ll be confident talking to all sorts of client stakeholders and cool under fire as you juggle multiple projects.

Are you a champion in the field? And influencer online and at exhibitions or meet ups. You’ll need to show you are a natural inspirer of men and women of the UX world!
