Great Cotswolds creative marketing agency needs a new account manager.

Do you have fantastic communication skills? Are you super organised? Do you have and a real understanding of digital marketing?

An established agency, still growing has with in it a super talented bunch of creatives and digital designers and developers. Fabulous office and location.

About you:

A strong desire to keep on top of projects and pull everyone and the work together.
An instinct to understand what the agency’s clients want.
A nose for business and sales. Can you spot opportunities to help clients further?
Attention to detail
Drive to deliver
Not scared of ownership

The client base is wide and varied so you’ll need to be charismatic, flexible, adaptable and quick to learn. You’ll of course be great working in teams.

What you’ll be up to day to day:

Managing the client and agency relationships
Occasional reporting and measuring of campaigns
Up-selling to existing clients and identification of new sales opportunities
Input into the creative direction of client projects
Assistance in the management of internal technical staff project deliverable’s within social media, content marketing, web development and search marketing
Communicating project progress to the agency’s clients.

Experience and skills needed:

Account management experience
Client facing experience
Exposure to and understanding of web design & development projects
A hawk’s eye for detail
Good time management skills
Fabulous organisational skills
Able to deliver to deadlines
Personable team player
Superb communication skills
Presentation skills

Ideally you’ve worked in a digital marketing agency involved in some or all of : web development, content marketing, SEO & social media marketing. We’d welcome approaches from client side marketing executives as well as agency folk.
