Join a small team with recognised big brand B2B clients. You’ll be the person to develop technical solutions to enable digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.

You:

Development background
Good understanding of software and development
A current level of seniority
Looking for a fresh challenge
Ability to see problems from multiple sides
Help problem-solve highly technical issues, in design and production (to help the development team achieve their goals)
Minimum of 10 years of web development and project lead experience
Some specific experience of PWA technology – ideally React
Experience of Azure and/or AWS
Keen interest, knowledge of the latest web technology trends
An analytical approach and problem-solving abilities
Architectural understanding of web platforms
Proven track record in project delivery with an eye for detail
Team leadership experience
Client liaison experience
Confident communicator, comfortable communicating to all levels of business
Calm professional approach to incident response and disaster recovery

The opportunity:

Leading a team
Creating exciting new projects for customers
Liaising with customers daily
Key part in architecting and creating new and existing projects for customers
Responsible for defining development the team’s priorities
Time management
Liaising with other parts of the business to obtain the resource you need
Negotiating with product owners to agree on timelines, resource planning and project delivery

Day to day:

Organise and run daily stand-ups – with team + client project managers on certain projects
Go to contact fro issue escalation beyond the support team, and will be expected to respond promptly for production issues.
Your Day: customers depending on project workload, switching between projects rapidly and helping resolve issues. Writing project specifications and related project documentation.

Ideally, you’ll have some development experience, PHP and Laravel for example and familiarity with CRMs including Salesforce would be a big plus. The agency builds progressive web apps using ReactJS and Angular.

This is a client-facing role – so you’ll need to be a problem solver with great communication skills as well as a technical development background. Some team management experience would be ideal.
