Which one are you?
Darth Varder: The Managing Director
Takes absolutely no nonsense, writes and rewrites the rules when it suits and expects them to be followed to the letter. Likes dress codes to be conservative, albeit a little harsh and impractical. Is fiercely loyal to those who love the company and all that it stands for.
Han Solo: The Creative Director
Definite believer in JFDI. Likes to break the office rules and is admired by those who’d like to be as risky but aren’t quite brave enough. There are always those in the office who think the Creative Director’s a little too maverick but with the proven track record for success who cares what they think anyway? He doesn’t.
Obi Wan Keonobi: The Chairman
This guy just has to breathe and everyone stops to listen (apart from Han the Creative who thinks Chairman’s a bit past it). He’s a guiding light with a lot of experience and would be invaluable with pitch ideas, if he stopped fretting about the bigger picture and took time to help.
Chewbacca: The Studio Manager
Takes no nonsense and very loyal to the Creative Director. Doesn’t dilly dally, works the hours (little bit of a moaner if they get too long) delivers on time and if you do the same without fuss then Chewie will be buying you the pina coladas in the Star Wars bar on Friday night.
Princess Leia: The Account Director
When you first meet her Leia is a tad reserved and does have a habit of appearing to be superior. She would probably throw you across the room if you used her mug and isn’t massively keen on chit chat by the photocopier. Saying that she’s brilliant at her job, experienced, creative and a grafter so although it pains you a little to say it, all is forgiven.
Luke Skywalker: The Account Executive
Office newbie who will do anything to please anyone. Very talented but blissfully unaware, the Chairman’s got his eye on him as potential so worth nurturing because he’s destined to deliver some great business. Teeny tiny bit annoying with his green questions but hey we’ve all got to start somewhere.
R2D2 and C-3PO: The whizz kids
Both technical geniuses but very different personalities who often feel misunderstood by colleagues. Artoo is a risk taker, throwing caution to the wind in order to get a result whereas Ceethree is fussy and timid about change. They are great buddies, bicker occasionally, and like to share home-made sandwiches and IT magazines during their daily lunch break.
